EMBRACING MOVEMENT
Recently, I developed my Pilates app, which offers subscribers access to various exercise programs for 365 days, ranging from 5 to 10, 20, 30 and 40 minutes, focusing on Pilates core mobility, strength, and flexibility. My goal is to encourage my community to move intentionally every day.
My training philosophy centres on synchronizing movement with breath, ensuring proper alignment and technique for safe, effective workouts. I am proud to nurture a vibrant community in Hatfield, where over 100 of my members meet every few months over coffee and cake, supporting each other as a Pilates family. Together with healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, I provide holistic guidance to enhance your fitness journey and overall well-being.

The app features monthly and daily challenges, incorporating Pilates softballs, fabric/ elastic bands, and weights. With progress tracking and guided routines, it helps you stay consistent and motivated within a supportive community.
Additionally, it tracks steps, protein intake, sleep, and water intake while allowing you to save favourite workouts for offline access.
